Her Honour Judge Jacqueline Beech
Her Honour Judge Jacqueline Beech was called to the bar in 1981 and practiced on the South Eastern and North Eastern circuits, specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence litigation and commercial road transport regulation. In 2000, she was appointed part time Chairman of the Transport Tribunal (now part of the Upper Tribunal) and in 2007 she became a Circuit Judge. She was appointed Designated Civil Judge for Cumbria and Lancashire in 2017. She continues to sit in in the Upper Tribunal (Administrative Chamber – transport).
