The iconic Grade I listed Harris Museum and Art Gallery occupies the heart of Preston City Centre featuring permanent collections and ever changing exhibitions. A stone’s throw from here our Architecture modules occupy space in the listed former Central Post Office. In fact there are more than 750 buildings and structures in Preston listed by the English heritage. Against this backdrop are the city’s many cultural and diverse events from our very own Lancashire Arts Festival to the annual Caribbean Carnival. See for yourself.
DISCOVER OUR CITY
If you’re thinking about studying at The University of Central Lancashire or are simply considering higher education, visit us and take the opportunity to get a feel for university life and the City of Preston. Our Open Days provide the perfect opportunity to talk to course tutors about the subjects you’re interested in and look at the buildings where you’ll be studying. You can also look around the city of Preston and the many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all within a short walk from the campus. There will be the chance to chat to current students about what life at UCLan is like. Register now for our June open day.
Something more informal?
